B. Hizal
Co-Founder
After graduating from university, Bayram began his career at the Ministry of Finance. He has carried out various projects in fields such as web design, Java development, and software testing processes. With the knowledge and experience (know-how) he has accumulated over the years, he founded his own company, Konnektium, where he continues his professional career.
Participating in humanitarian aid organizations, developing solutions to technological challenges, and working on digitalization processes are among his main areas of interest. In addition, cycling and playing the flute and piano are among his personal passions.

Co-Founder
Following a 16-year career as an English lecturer and school director across Europe and Africa, Adnan transitioned into the field of information technology, combining his leadership experience with a passion for digital innovation.
He has built solid professional expertise in web development, DevOps, and manual testing of websites and applications, with a particular focus on cybersecurity. As an IT educator and co-founder of Konnektium, Adnan applies his know-how to develop practical, secure, and forward-thinking digital solutions.
In line with Konnektium’s values, he actively participates in humanitarian aid initiatives. Outside of work, Adnan enjoys long-distance mountain trekking, swimming, and exploring the world’s lesser-known destinations.
